Meeting Recording Notice at Collection

Meeting recording is optional. Before recording begins, every participant is asked to make an affirmative choice. If anyone declines, the meeting can continue with normal notes.

  • Information collected: meeting audio, transcripts, consent events, participant names, generic speaker labels, project details, and meeting notes or project-related inferences created from the discussion.
  • Purposes: documenting project requirements, preparing and following up on estimates, maintaining customer and CRM records, preserving record integrity, and handling authorized support, security, or dispute review.
  • Service providers: contracted cloud, transcription, AI, and CRM providers may process this information for us. Generic speaker separation is not used to create voiceprints or identify a person across meetings.
  • Sale or sharing: we do not sell meeting information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Retention: original audio receives a 30-day retention-review date. Audio, transcripts, consent evidence, estimates, and related project records are kept only as reasonably necessary for the disclosed purposes, security, disputes, contractual obligations, legal holds, and other applicable legal requirements. A retention-review date does not itself promise automatic deletion.

A participant may ask the salesperson to stop recording at any time. To request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, contact office@usconstructioncali.com. Requests may be subject to applicable legal exceptions and record-preservation obligations.

Security

We use standard security measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
